At Tiny Tots Academy, we pride ourselves on our continuity of care. As much as possible, we roster on the same educators in each room and on the same days each week. Our support staff are the same each week, as well as the casual staff. This allows strong relationships to form between the children and educators, as well as with the families. It also allows a smooth day to day running of the centre, with educators knowing the children and the routines.
All educators at Tiny Tots Academy either hold their Diploma or Certificate 3 in Children’s Services. We also have a qualified Early Childhood Teacher on staff.
Each educator also has:
- First Aid Training
- Child Safe Environment Training
- Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training
- DCSI screening checks
- Food Safety Training
- Epilepsy Training
- Fire Training
Educators also attend various training sessions throughout the year held at different training institutes which updates our knowledge on our ever evolving industry.
